1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. The role of the platform
AILTA is a venue that connects buyers and suppliers. We are not a party to any transaction between members. Contracts for the sale of goods are formed directly between buyer and supplier, and we make no warranty as to the quality, safety, legality or availability of listed products.
3. Account obligations
- Provide accurate registration and company information
- Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use
- Do not create accounts to circumvent a suspension
4. Listings and content
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Prohibited listings include counterfeit goods, restricted or controlled substances, weapons, and any product whose sale is unlawful in the supplier's or buyer's jurisdiction. We may remove listings and suspend accounts at our discretion.
5. Verification
Verification badges reflect checks carried out at a point in time against documents supplied. They are not a guarantee of a supplier's ongoing conduct, solvency or product quality. Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence.
6. Fees
Membership fees are billed in advance per the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is registered.
