We collect the information you provide when you register an account, complete a company profile, post an RFQ or quotation, send a message, or contact support. This includes your name, email address, telephone number, company details and any documents you upload for verification.
We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs.

- To match buyers with relevant suppliers and RFQs
- To verify supplier identity and certifications
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To send transactional email about your account and enquiries
- To send marketing email where you have opted in
3. Who we share it with
When you send an enquiry or quotation, the counterparty receives the contact details necessary to respond. We share data with payment processors, email delivery providers and hosting providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
4. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a period afterwards as required for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Activity logs are retained for 180 days.
