Common questions

See the FAQ section below for answers on verification, membership plans, payments and disputes. If you cannot find what you need, open a support ticket from your dashboard and our team will respond within one business day.

billing

Card payments and bank transfer. Annual plans paid by bank transfer are activated once funds clear, typically within two business days.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

buyers

Most public RFQs receive their first quotation within 24 hours. Suppliers with Gold and Platinum memberships are notified first for RFQs matching their categories.

Yes. When posting an RFQ you can uncheck "publish to Trade Leads", which restricts visibility to suppliers matched to your category rather than listing it publicly.

Report the issue through your dashboard. We investigate, and confirmed breaches affect the supplier's trust score and can result in badge removal or suspension. Note that AILTA is not a party to the contract and cannot recover funds on your behalf.

general

Yes. Buyer accounts are free. You can search products, post RFQs, receive quotations and message suppliers without a paid plan. Membership plans are aimed at suppliers who need larger catalogues and higher visibility.

Look for the verification badge and its level. Basic means registration and tax documents were checked against the issuing authority. Gold adds certification validation, verified banking and a twelve-month platform history. Platinum adds a third-party on-site audit within the past two years.

No. Contracts and payments are made directly between the two parties. We recommend documentary terms such as an L/C at sight for first orders, and always verify that the beneficiary bank account matches the supplier's registered company name.

suppliers

Complete your company profile, then upload your business licence, tax certificate and any quality certifications from the Verification tab in your supplier dashboard. Review typically takes two to three business days.

It is the percentage of enquiries and matched RFQs you responded to within seven days, over the trailing 90 days. It appears on your public profile alongside your median response time.

Yes, at any time from Membership in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with the remaining balance prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
