From this month, supplier verification on AILTA is graded rather than binary. The change reflects feedback from buyers who told us that a single "verified" badge did not distinguish between a supplier who had uploaded a business licence and one who had passed an on-site audit.
The three levels
Basic — business registration and tax documentation verified against the issuing authority.
Gold — Basic checks plus certification validation with issuing bodies, a verified banking relationship and a minimum twelve-month transaction history on the platform.
Platinum — Gold checks plus a third-party on-site facility audit conducted within the past twenty-four months.
Verification level now appears on supplier profiles, product cards and search results, and buyers can filter by it directly.
